I have been a customer with Joy Ins. for many years. The staff is always professional and go out of their way to assist in any aspect of my vehicle, renter’s and motorcycle ins. Chris is a great guy and certainly brings “joy” to his clientele. I would be very remiss if I did not also mention Doris, who has been nothing short of phenomenal in her patience, expertise and service to me over the years. Thanks to you all. My highest and most heartfelt congratulations and recommendation!!

Chris worked with me on purchasing life insurance. From the very beginning, he made sure that my family’s needs were being met, while finding me the best rate on insurance. I’m glad I went with Joy. Make sure to call them if you’re in the market for insurance. I know they’ll take care of you.

Edited– Sometimes there is miscommunication. I just got a call from the owner apologizing that no one got back to me. He stated that the agent stated he called but could not get me. I think this is very noble that they called to try to find out what happen to get this bad review. I am sorry we could not work together. To call and find out what happen and say sorry is really good customer service.

I wasn’t happy with my previous insurance and knew I wanted to change companies. My previous car died and I needed to get another immediately or I wouldn’t have made it to work, and a coworker would have been stuck on a 24 hour shift. We have used Joy Insurance for many years. We just worked with our new agent, Liam, for the first time. Needed some clarification regarding a policy. Liam investigated and called us back quickly with all of the details. He also sent a follow up email, providing the needed info in print. Thanks, Liam and Joy Insurance.

I found Joy Insurance to be responsive and thorough. My phone calls were answered by a polite person who was kind and supportive. I worked with Karen to find commercial insurance and my business is complex so she had to work pretty hard. She found me a policy to fit my needs and my budget. Although I am newer to the Middletown area, I hope to use them for years to come. Update 1/2024 We have been with Joy Insurance for over 1.5 years now. And they have been through our rapid growth and challenging requirements. They are responsive and work hard for us. Special thanks Doris who is always ready with a quick answer.

Joy Insurance Agency has been a joy handling my insurance needs.. Charles Kolster, my agent, has always provided the best advice, the best prices representing the most reliable carriers I’ve ever had. When I need him, he’s there. When I have complex questions or wants and wishes he presents solid reasons that guide my thinking and he’s always been 100% correct. It’s always a “customer comes first” priority. If you’re looking the best agent with the best agency, stop looking.
