Nikolaus graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology focused in Criminology and a minor in History. He came from a diversified history of client facing roles including Retail Management, Porting, and various customer service roles before joining the Joy Insurance team in the Summer of 2024. He has since become a licensed producer in the State of New York and assists in client account management.
During his time off Nik enjoys spending time with his wife Samantha and their dog Ellie, playing and creating music, and competing in local video game tournaments. He collects instruments and glass and has a soft spot for soft-serve ice cream.
