I found Joy Insurance to be responsive and thorough. My phone calls were answered by a polite person who was kind and supportive. I worked with Karen to find commercial insurance and my business is complex so she had to work pretty hard. She found me a policy to fit my needs and my budget. Although I am newer to the Middletown area, I hope to use them for years to come. Update 1/2024 We have been with Joy Insurance for over 1.5 years now. And they have been through our rapid growth and challenging requirements. They are responsive and work hard for us. Special thanks Doris who is always ready with a quick answer.
