Karen has been with Joy Insurance for 23 years which is also the same amount of time she has worked in the insurance industry. Her titles have included Customer Service Representative, Office Manager and now, Personal and Commercial Lines Producer. She enjoys spending time with her dog and 6 cats when outside of the office.
